In order for Jive Support staff to investigate this issue within your Jive instance, you'll need to open a support case in your secret group. From there, a member of the Support staff will work with you confidentially.
Thanks for the reply. This is my first time posting on the Jive support community and I wasn't able to find a secret group. Can you help point me in the right direction of how I could join the secret group I need to post this question in?
