I've been having this issue too over the last few weeks. The try again button fails and a browser refresh doesn't work.
I also logged a private support case since I didn't see others having this issue. If that gets updatedI'll let you know!
Same here, I just logged a case with Jive Support. Bitter/Sweet - glad I'm not the only one having this issue, but also agree it is frustrating as we are trying to work on our monthly reporting.
I'll chime in to say I accessed them today for the first time in a few weeks and am experiencing the same problem. I'll open a case as well.

I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble loading data from the CRM. If this issue persists, I would recommend opening a formal Support Case within your secret JiveWorks Group, where a member of the Jive Support team with work with you in a confidential manner.
