    Cannot edit a Profile Field

      Hello there,

       

      For some reason I cannot save any edit in one of the profile fields despite having full access? Edits to all the other fields works just fine. Do you know why this might be?

          From the sound of it, you may be encountering a known error.  I would recommend opening a formal Jive Support case within your secret JiveWorks Group, where a member of Jive Support will work with you to troubleshoot the issue in a confidential manner.
