Wanted everyone to know about an HTML tile  bug related to a recent Chrome upgrade

Here are the steps to reproduce:

      1. Prerequisite: Must be the place admin
      2. Go to a place page that contains an HTML tile
      3. Click the gear to edit the tile
      4. Either replace the HTML with new code, OR change one small text item
      5. Click the Submit button on the bottom of the tile

At this point, nothing happens. The buttons go gray (as if it is in process), but nothing happens. The tile doesn't save, the process doesn't seem to complete. You can't click Cancel on the tile, either, as it is "stuck."

HTML tiles can't be added to a page. Existing HTML tiles on a page can't be edited. This is in Chrome.

Workaround is to use Firefox or IE
