No... Only with V2 API...
The easiest way to get resolved questions is to use the "Answered Questions" tile (or widget). If you can't use one of those, for example because you are pulling questions from multiple places, you can use the v3 API.
There is a field in a question's JSON called "resolved" that can have the values of "open", "resolved", or "assumed_resolved", so if you retrieve a list of questions via the REST API you can use some script to show only the resolved questions.
