    How open is your external community?


      Hi all,


      We're looking to open more areas of our community to the public. Right now, we have a ton of areas "behind a wall", so you have to be logged in AND a customer to see most. I'd like to open as much as I can to as many people as possible, so I'd like to hear your reasoning as to why your community areas are open! (Please help me prove a point! )


      Are your Ideas Exchange, Knowledge Base, and customer discussion forums open for all to see?

      Do you believe you have more engagement because of how open your community is?


      Any advice would be appreciated!!
