Most of the time, Jive's SPS doesn't catch the right messages and moderates posts which are from legit users
Same issue, the items that keep getting caught are often from our international members which makes it slightly awkward. Their posts are simply being flagged because they are in another language.

You can file a new case in JiveWorks and give them the URL to the message in question.
They are able to pull out from SPS's logs the filter that trigged the moderation.
HOWEVER; it's a shame that in 2017 we don't have a moderation & spam dashboard where we can see the queue of held messages and the reason behind the red flag.
Jive-x current functionality on this point is 10 years behind other platforms. Hope Lithium will do something about it in their next-gen platform.
