    Stopped receiving email notifications for mailboxes hosted in ZOHO


      Week ago we stopped receiving email notifications for Producteev accounts registered for mailboxes which are hosted in ZOHO Mail.

      I need to get the the headers of sent email or SMTP logs of sent email or full bounce back email and share the information with ZOHO support.

      Can anyone from Jive contact me to solve this issue? We need to fix this as soon as possible.,
