I have created a category in a group ("Social Activities"), which shows up on the Content page for that group along with about 10 other categories. I have marked only 2 documents with this category, but when I select the folder icon on the left for Social Activities, it displays 24 of the 28 documents in the group.
Most of the other documents it shows have other categories applied to them, with all but 2 not having the category Social Activities.
What is going on?
Hi alistair, that definitely is not an expected outcome for categories! In an initial scan of past cases I have only seen one other person experiencing a similar issue which appeared to be resolved by having support clearing the system cache. You may want to submit a case to have that done for you as well.
Hope someone else can chime in regarding a similar experience!
