    Experiencing issues with rewarding quest manually in Jive Rewards

      I'm having an issue where I'll upload a CSV to manually reward a quest and I receive the below message, but when I check the user's account they have earned rewards and their profile is activated in the rewards system.

       

      Skipped: user has not yet earned any rewards and does not exist in rewards system, visit their profile in Jive to add them to rewards

       

      It's happened several times with multiple users in the past few weeks, so I'm not sure how to approach it now.

       

      Do you use Rewards and have you seen this? What did you do to troubleshoot, resolve, and our find a workaround to reward the quest?
