    A user wants to reset his password but does not receive an e-mail.

      Hi,

       

      A user wants to reset his password but does not receive an e-mail.

       

      I am relatively new in the Jive world, now we have the problem that a user can no longer log in and the rest of the password does not give any e-mail notification.

      As an admin I can trigger something?

      Can you support here,please.
