    Provisioning a user through Okta fails

      We use Okta as a SSO service provider, and signing in to link.jiveon.com always goes through Okta. Now, we have two users, roel.villerius@securelink.nl and malak.ibrahim@securelink.nl which already has accounts in JiveOn, but when we try to assign them the Jive app in Okta, we get the response "Error while trying to push profile update for malak.ibrahim@securelink.nl: User ID 3227 does not exist". Different ID for the different users, of course.

       

      I need help resolving this.
