We need to estimate how many tickets are created on our Service Desk with regards to Jive every month.
Do you have any stats that you could share?
Our total audience would be 10,000 people, but we estimate that maximum 7,000 will actually be active. And probably only 4,000 in the first year.

I would say the answer is very dependent to your community. Is it on cloud with SSO? Many of the issues we have are about Jive site, but are internal based on changes our IT team has done for various reasons that then no longer play well with Jive. But those are not Jive issues. We just struggle as our IT doesn't seem to test their changes against Jive prior to going live with updates.
