    Attracting retired experts as superusers

      Has anyone attempted to attract superusers for their communities from a retired audience?  I've been chewing on this in the back of my head for a while and wanted to ask if anyone else has done this and what the results were.  I'm sure there are experts in every field that would love to keep their chops up after they exit the work force as well as feel appreciated for sharing all the knowledge and experience they gained from their career.  It seems like it could be a win win.  I'm sure every industry has different ways to find retired employees/customers/partners but was there something in general that helped you connect to them like referrals from other employees?  What incentives have you found that resonated with them?  Any success stories here would be appreciated.
