I am the new jive administrator at my office. I am trying to deactivate a user. The guides on jiveworks reference an "Admin console" where I am able to deactivate users. But, I do not see a console on my end. How do I confirm that I have administrative privileges? Thanks!
Hi Andy Sauer, if you don't see the admin console in the drop down menu under your avatar while logged into your Jive instance (for New Century), is there someone on your team you can ask if they have admin privileges? If so, they can make sure you have the correct permissions to moderate people.
