What would you like to learn about?

Hi everyone

I’m looking into how I can support Jivers and am interested to know your thoughts on:

- what you’d like to learn about and

- if you were to invest in training, what would it be for, e.g community management, reporting, collaboration, use cases, culture etc.

Hi Dan,

Congratulations for the initiative.

I would really like to understand how to get the most from Data Export Service (DES). As a cloud customer I have absolutely no access to the database, so (besides the community and place reports) DES is the only way to extract indicators and lists from Jive.
