Calling all community managers! I work for a consulting firm based in Paris that is doing a project with 19 French multinationals (Total, L'Oreal, Sanofi, LVMH, etc...) on how to use digital tools to improve the procurement function. One topic is around community management, specifically how to moderate and create a sense of community on corporate social networks. Basically every big company has a social intranet, but most people don't use it. One of my former clients used Jive for their intranet and I found it worked quite well. Are there people in Jive who give training on community management? Are there best practices for moderating an internal community? Any leads would be great!
