Translated for our English readers:
I am a user of the Plazza corporate social network at Orange.
On our space dedicated to sharing our respective watches, we use the status update.
This feature is the only one that allows you to share a link to an article using the same uses as social networks like Facebook, Linkedin and Twitter:
Resume title of article, image and beginning of paragraph.
This does not require any editorial effort and thus facilitates the sharing of information by all types of colleagues, directors who do not actually have "the time" understood.
However, it can not be attached to a category of blog and I understand that it had a life limited to 3 months.
Could you develop this feature and make it possible to share a link as on a "normal" social network by keeping the functionality of the status update and making it durable? And allowing the addition in a blog category.
The inability to share content in a simple way is the main obstacle that I was able to meet with my colleagues.
If you would like to submit an idea for Jive, you can do so in the Ideas for Jive space. If you'd like advice from other community managers about the best ways to share content using Jive, you can post in the peer-to-peer place at Jive Internal Communities.
Finally, I'd recommend exploring more about Jive Anywhere, which let's you bring in content from other web sites into your community. It also let's you choose how much of an article you'd like to share... a preview, the title, the entire article. More about it here: Jive Anywhere
Thanks for posting!
It is not an idea nor a request for some advice, I suggest an update as this tool is essential in a social network.
Plus, I have already tested Jive anywhere but I had to uninstall it as it slowed my browser very much.
