    Access case supportal assumed denied


      I've been with the live chat help assistant on the jivesoftware.com site and tried everything I know of, including emailing support@jivesoftware.com with no luck. I think my account Executive might be on a different time zone but I am really struggling here to create a case... Anyone else have similar issues?


      All I get when I try to access Get Help > Case Support > Support for Jive ..... Is time wasted staring at nothing
