We have had a case open since mid February when we noticed that badges weren't being awarded properly. Now we also notice that points aren't working either. We are in the Phoenix data center on Cloud.
The Jive Software Status page shows that Rewards is operational when it isn't. We are escalating our case.
But why does the software status page say it is operational?
This is a call for help. Please restart the Rewards server. This is a down part of the system that has been down for weeks.
Hi Keeley Sorokti, we are working on it and there is progress internally. We are just waiting on some approvals to get the restart going as soon as possible. I'll keep you updated (although I'm going to be updating the other thread - Is Jive Rewards down? - to keep things all in one place).
