    can't reactivate deleted email address/account


      my collegue formerly needed to change his email address which was used for his producteev account. The registrated email address was deleted and he signed in with a new address.

      Now his email address has changed again to the origin first one but he can neither rename the existing address nor newly sign in with the old one. It says "already exists".

      What can we do? How can we activate/rename his email address?
