    Can I create a status level w/icon not tied to points?

      Hi everyone,

       

      I’m new to Jive and was hoping someone in the community might be able to help with this question.

       

      We set up a new community for 25 pilot customers, and have a number of highly skilled employees who have never participated in the community supporting those customers.

       

      Because of this, the employees have a Novice status icon – which unless the customer takes the time to understand how points work, may be interpreted or give the impression that they’re not highly skilled, etc.

       

      So we’re looking for a way to give this group of employees a higher level status icon. Is there any way to do this in Jive? I (believe) you can get around this in Lithium by adding points to the employee account so they display a high level status/rank icon.

       

      Any suggestions?
