Hi Ray, not that I am aware of. You could certainly add others as collaborators on documents, but the original person would still own the post. You can also change their name in the admin console to something more general, but that wouldn't affect ownership.

This is a feature that many of us have been requesting for a long time. Last year at JiveWorld, I heard it was under development finally, but I think that might have stalled with the change in ownership. You might check in the Ideas for Jive space, as I think there was a lot of comment (both from customers and Jive employees) on at least one of the ideas posted on this topic.
My expection was that this will be part of the GDPR release, but Aurea does not solve it this way...2 people found this helpful
This is so essential for internal solutions when you loose an active user and other users will see a deactivated user as author all the time in official documents.
As Aurea only speaks with bigger customers and the innovation process is dead in the community, you have to convince important people to push this topic. I guess it is difficult to find out who has influence on Aureas roadmap. For me this is more intransparent than before...
