    Not receiving any emails from Producteev since 27 March 2018


      Dear Producteev / Jive Software / Aurea Customer Support,


      Our company uses and relies on Producteev for task management, with hundreds of tasks in our Producteev network, many of them critical to the running our small business.


      We have stopped receiving any system emails and notifications from Producteev since 27 March 2018, which means that none of our staff are being notified of tasks to do. This is a big problem for us!


      Searching online, it seems a possible reason for this could be that our email addresses have been accidentally added to a "bounce list" by your systems?


      Any help or guidance you could provide me on this would be very much appreciated - thank you!
