Following a system problem several days ago, our team is no longer able to access Producteev using their passwords. The message indicates the password needs to be changed, yet the reset password email is never sent (or at least never received on our end). We've checked our spam filters, and the email does not seem to be hung up there. A few other messages we've seen on here seem to indicate that password email resets are bouncing and that we need to be whitelisted by Producteev. What is the best way to get our team email addresses to Producteev for whitelisting purposes, please? We do not have Pro edition. Thanks!
