Please come join us over here where we are talking about and logging these kinds of things: Issue Tracking Document for Jive Customers | 2018. On our site, we haven't noticed issues since after the recovery last Thursday, but it would be good for you to note over there what you are seeing and also what you are hearing back fro support.
I'll also link your conversation into that document in case anyone wants to converse over here.
