These sorts of posts should go into your Jive support group. This area of AureaWorks is for customers to connect, work with one another to share ideas, talk about tools that have worked or not worked.
There have been a lot of discussions lately about general issues, but from the standpoint of checking to see how many customers might be having similar problems when support has been slow to respond. No one in here is likely to be able to help you with this type of problem - that is what Jive Support is for.
