I'd recommend listing the platform version and type you are on. For example Cloud 2016.3.10; or Hosted 9.0.1.

Then I suspect you have an issue in settings in the Admin Console, because we aren't seeing this issue. I don't actually see a place to set this in the Admin Console, so it may be something that support needs to set for you. For example, it may be on the System Properties page, which Cloud Customers don't have access to.
