    Jive for Outlook crashes Outlook

    asgy8323

      Since I have installed another outllook  plugin After the Jive for Outllok installation (30.7.60), Outlook (2016) crashes at startup (each time, easy to reproduce)

      In windows Event we can find :

      Application : OUTLOOK.EXE

      Version du Framework : v4.0.30319

      Description : le processus a été arrêté en raison d'une exception non gérée.

      Informations sur l'exception : System.AccessViolationException

         à OffisyncRedLib.IRDOSession.set_MAPITimeoutShort(Boolean)

         à OffiSync.Outlook.Common.Mapi.MapiHelperSecondaryBase.InitializeSession()

         à OffiSync.Outlook.Common.Mapi.MapiHelperSecondaryBase.ThreadMain()

         à System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart_Context(System.Object)

         à System.Threading.ExecutionContext.RunInternal(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean)

         à System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object, Boolean)

         à System.Threading.ExecutionContext.Run(System.Threading.ExecutionContext, System.Threading.ContextCallback, System.Object)

         à System.Threading.ThreadHelper.ThreadStart()

      OffiSync.Outlook is a part of Jive for Outlook

      If I change in regedit the loadbehavion (3 => 2), Outlook starts normally but without Jive activated. So the root cause of the crash is Jive for Outlook.

      With Jive diagnostics, I capture the crash dump which is updating to Jive server (my bandwith is slow to send 727MB, so it will be finished in a couples of hours.

      Can you show this information to Developper's team ?

      Kind regards

      Stéphane
