I support 34 retail locations that all work with centralized services. Centralized services is comprised of multiple departments who need to get communication, reports, etc. to each of the 34 retail locations locations management team. I want to setup the place or places making it as easy as possible for the retail leadership, hoping for them to go to as few spaces as possible. The challenge is that each centralized department has its own set of permissions. So right now I fear that I will have to have a group or space for each department, when in a perfect world there would be one main space that housed each departments information.
