I'm currently experiencing problems with the automated installation of the CRM.launcher in a Citrix environment. When we manual install using the “Shared” mode everything works correctly. When we install automatically (which is preferred) using the parameters as described in the administrator manual via “RES one automation console” the CRM.launcher doesn’t work. The service is missing.
CRM.launcher.exe --silent --mode=SHARED --username=Administrator --password=12345678

yes, you can see the installed version in the LauncherSetup.log file, which is located in the same folder as the CRM.launcher.exe.
The parameters in the documentation should be correct.
