Hi Mark Suurling,
there is a contextual help within Campaign Manager that leads you to the Aurea Campaign Manager Help System .
The Lyris HQ documentation is - though more extensive - still valid, since Campaign Manager is based on Lyris HQ but with an improved user experience.
Hope that helps,
I saw the help function indeed, but it still seems quite basic.
Lyris documentatie says more, but maybe to much because there are still some opties in Lyris available that are not available in CAM (like orginizations).
I found that the interface between CRM and CAM is discribed in the CRM manual. So that should work (it is quite technical, so not realy workable for customers, but for internal use it is fine).
Wil CAM be more and more 1 application so in the future we don't need Lyris (and Elabs) anymore?
you are right, the Campaign Manager documentation is not (yet) as extensive as Lyris HQ's was. This is mostly due to the fact that CAM is still missing some capabilities which we will deliver over the course of the next quarters.
The mid-term goal is to deprecate the Lyris HQ user-interface all together. A separate announcement about time lines will be issued here. The long-term goal is to harmonize the CAM and Elabs user experience and ultimately deprecate Elabs as well. However, there are not specific timelines available as of yet.
