the first integrations on the product roadmap as standard functionalities).
From my perspective much more interesting is the decreasing acceptance for SFDC Chatter (and similiar tools) - this article summarizes those changes in a very interesting way - it mainly shows that not singular
communication or callobaration tools (call them skype,chatter,yammer,whatsapp,...) but enterprice social platforms are the way to solve digital workplaces. This is exactly what Aurea/Jive is doing
and one of the key elements of our product strategy.
