We are wondering if there is a way to track who and where exactly the custom developed tiles are being used in a community? We have started using the search tile and it is getting complicated whenever we roll out a newer version of it.
On-premises Only: You can use the core database for that (tables jivetilepages and jivetileinstance)
For On-premises and cloud: You can use the Jive REST API. You have to create a script which iterates over all places and iterate over all pages of a place (Jive REST API v3.14 → Place service ) and check for the existance of your tile in the page. So you could write a report with the urls of the place pages to check...
