We've definitely had issues with this, and just went through a long support case to get data from missing months restored. Entire months of data were missing sporadically throughout the last several years but I'm told it's all been restored.
Does anyone know how recent the data in DES should be? From what I'm seeing it's a day behind...is that expected?
We frequently see this kind of error in pulling data from both the Jive Rest APIs and the Jive DES. Because pulling all this data and developing custom reports - along with Campaigns and bulk-edits is what InSite does for our customers - we have had to develop a number of strategies, algorithms, and clever workarounds to overcome these data outages and odd errors.
