Get and modify Inbox Notification preferences via API

I see that we can get News & Stream Notification preferences via API Get email preferences via API, but has anyone pulled Inbox Notification preferences? What about programmatically changing all users' Inbox Notification preferences (or News & Stream Notification preferences for that matter)?

Hi Colin, as we discussed, the only items on a user's preferences pages that can be changed (besides Streams Following) are the Locale and Language. The main Notification and Inbox notifications cannot be changed with the REST API in cloud.
