          Hi Priyanka, matching data between systems is very dependent on the integrity of the data between two systems. There is no single answer, but here is some basic guidance

          • Jive ID - most likely, this is not a good ID since it has meaning in Jive and would only exist in Salesforce if it was synchronized there previously
          • Username - this is unique in Jive, and would be a good identifier if the same data is in Salesforce
          • Email - this is unique in Jive, and would be a good identifier if the same data is in Salesforce
          • User -> SAML External Identifier - IF your current system uses SAML Single Sign-On, the SAML External Identifier is often a business-specific attribute like Employee Number or Customer Number. If it exists, it may be helpful.
