      At GE, over 100,000 employees have signed up as experts to answer questions which are indexed for the future.

       

      "The most frequently used feature, 'Log a case with an Expert' has allowed members to log business problems, follow up and ensure timely responses, thereby increasing operational efficiencies and increasing the rate of innovation."
