    How do you manage legal discovery in an active community?

      Communities are intrinsically about sharing information and they can generate a great deal of content.  When a company is involved in a lawsuit, there is a need to go through the discovery process and send only documents that are relevant to the legal issue to other parties.  Are there best practices to handling this process in an active community, where there may be a substantial number of posts and documents?
