    What group in your organization would be the best case study for the rest?

      In discussions with a few customers, I've learned that, when they've targeted strategic groups of people for their social enterprise pilot, their goal is to present their hopeful success as a case study to the rest of the organization. The goal is to accelerate adoption.

       

      Would this work in your organization? If so, can you describe the characteristics of that strategic group? Why would their success be a great internal advertising tool?
