We've started an enterprise 2.0 pilot at a customer. The question arose: when is the pilot a success?
Do any of you have any experience with this? One of the things was: reducing e-mail with 20%. Except in the beginning of the pilot we notify people of new blogentries or bookmarks via e-mail (which will decrease in time of course). So reduce e-mail with attachments, but how do you measure this?
So we can make up criteria, but how do you make them SMART?
