    Customer Community Workshop


      We have our strategy workshop for our customer-facing community coming up. For other Jive customers that have taken the 2 day workshop, how did you best prepare for it? What, if anything, did you provide Jive prior to the workshop to make the time together more efficient/valuable? Was it more for them to learn from you? If you could jump in a time machine, what would you do differently?
