Hello all! I am the social network content manager at Penn Foster Schools. We are currently running our community on the Telligent platform and its not meeting all of our needs.http://www.community.pennfoster.edu Can any other community managers comment on Jive's platform?
- is it user friendly?
- is it easy to set up? (Can you get assistance in organizing?)
- what can you edit from the control panel
- analytics? (top contributors, hot topics, most active groups/ blogs/forums etc)
- do your community members find it easy to use?
- how can you customize?
- what kind of widgets does it include?

Daryll Swager might be of some help. I believe his organization moved from Telligent to Jive. If you're not opposed to speaking with one of your competitors, I could also recommend someone else.
