    Jive SBS 4.5 IM feature


      So our support department is investigating new ways to offer faster support for our customers and IM was a topic that came up. I realize SBS offers this now but I'm unclear of whether or not you can turn this feature off globally or as a user in your profile. The reason I ask is because we have an enormous community but very little support resources and unless we can schedule IM support sessions I'm afraid we (support reps) would be inundated with questions over IM every time we log in.


      Any comments on this?
