I'm wondering if people even bothered to measure SharePoint participation BEFORE implementing Jive. If they didn't, no way to measure any improvements, unfortunately. Great idea, though, if participation in SharePoint is critical to achieving specific business objectives.
Is that the case with your organization, John? Or is this more of a nice-to-know stat?
