PwC HeForShe powered by Jive – Putting the social in social corporate responsibility with an interactive community


Analytics on community activity give you the insight you need for purposeful action. In 2015, PwC became one of the United Nation’s corporate impact champions to drive awareness and action for the UN’s HeForShe initiative. Working with NetEffect Solutions, Jive was chosen to power the community for the key purpose of driving action from users; allowing them to interact and engage on key topics rather than just consume content on a static web page. With aggressive timelines and a global footprint, launch of the community, as well as ongoing growth required buy-in from executives at both PwC and the United Nations. The community continues to grow, reaching toward the goal of 80 000 pledges to the HeForShe commitment within 3 years. Participants will learn about: - capabilities of Jive beyond traditional corporate use cases - how to create stakeholder/executive buy-in - issues and approaches to a global footprint of users with high peaks of traffic - reporting on progress and engagement through Jive and 3rd party analytics tools - an iterative approach to community growth and user engagement - internal/external marketing to drive traffic and action from users including: - media campaigns - social engagement
