We made a privacy default change to all Jive Community member profiles on August 1, so that name, phone number and address are only visible to the member. This means that only your username is visible in the community and not your real name.
Follow these steps to make your name visible to the community:
1. Login to the Jive Community.
2. Under your profile menu, select Edit Profile > Privacy
3. Update your profile setting for Name, Email or Telephone for the visibility you prefer.
4. Select Save at the bottom of the screen.
